Dwayne Wade’s Divorce Gets Grimey (He’s Chopped & Screwed)
Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade’s divorce from wife Siohvaughn, his high school sweetheart. In legal papers, she alleges he abandoned his children, committed adultery, and infected her with an unspecified sexually transmitted disease. She wants the names of ”all of his sexual partners” during their six-year marriage.
Dwyane, named a ”Father of the Year” in 2007 by the National Father’s Day Committee, has gone ”months” without seeing his boys, Siohvaughn says. His ”failure to spend time with them . . . has resulted in the children at times being afraid of him; in fact, Zion . . . does not recognize or know Dwyane.” She wants sole custody, and support. She also says she has suffered ”grievous physical, emotional and mental injury” from the STD, diagnosed in the fall of ‘07.

Dwayne Wade married his one and only serious girlfriend in 2002. Seemed like a good idea to wife the chick that been with you before you blew up, but if your not going to be faithful you shouldn’t get married. He clearly got married too young and got too many groupies jockin him, plus he stay with Gabrielle Union fine ass. Best move would of been to hit her off with some money so she would be set for life and go wild out for a few years. After breaking up for a while and making your rounds you can see if you really want to marry her and settle down.

Seen it in Bk, no major problems. Theater was over crowded and cops were on deck, but nothing popped off. Unfortunately a shooting took place @ a theater in N.C. where Jamal Woolard was attending.
Police evacuated The Grand 18 Four Seasons Station cinemas Friday just after 9 p.m. after a shooting. A Greensboro police officer told FOX8 News that actor Jamal Woolard, the star of “Notorious” a film about the life and death of rapper Christopher ‘Biggie’ Wallace, was at the theatre. According to the officer, Woolard left shortly after the shooting.

Holiday sales: Much worse than feared
The retail industry's leading trade group blamed a "deep recession, severe winter weather and five fewer shopping days" for a 2.8% drop in 2008 holiday sales - a far worse outcome than the industry expected.The National Retail Federation had originally forecast holiday sales for the combined November-December shopping months to grow 2.2%, which would still have been the weakest pace of gain in at least six years.
As it was, it turned out to be the first-ever decline in the measure since the group initiated it in 1995.
The two-month holiday period can account for as much as 50% of retailers' annual profits and sales.
"The current economic crisis proved to be more challenging than any had anticipated," NRF Chief Economist Rosalind Wells said in a report. "Consumers showed they were more than willing to wait out retailers this year causing increased pressure on prices."
The latest government report on December retail sales, also released on Wednesday, supported Wells' point.
The Commerce Department report showed overall retail sales fell 2.8% last month and declined 3.1% excluding auto purchases, despite a last minute surge in holiday-related purchases in the week before Christmas.
December's sales drop marked the sixth straight monthly sales decline in 2008 and the longest consecutive stretch of monthly declines in the measure in at least four decades.
What's more, last year's ugly holiday sales could force an unraveling of the retailing industry, forcing several chains to go out of business in 2009.
Many retailers, including Circuit City, Linens 'n Things and Whitehall Jewelers already either filed for bankruptcy or liquidated last year. That trend is expected to rapidly pick up pace in the weeks and months ahead.
The latest casualty - regional department store chain Gottchalks, which operates 58 stores in six Western states - filed for bankruptcy Wednesday.
But analysts warn that given the credit market freeze, it's highly unlikely that any merchant that files for bankruptcy in this environment will come out it alive.

Christina Rubin, a 22-year-old college graduate living in Jenkintown, didn't like it when her father yelled at her. So when her boyfriend said he'd like to kill him, Rubin agreed, police said.
The slaying was quick - a single gunshot to the back of Marc Rubin's head, police said. But the cover-up apparently wasn't as easy. Despite the couple's attempt to dismember the body and wash away evidence at the victim's apartment, police said, they found plenty to build a case against the pair.
"It is certainly fair to say that everything they touched is botched," Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman said yesterday.
Rubin and her boyfriend, Jeffrey W. Leinheiser, 20, of the 100 block of Cedar Street in Jenkintown, were charged with first-degree murder and other offenses on Sunday and ordered held without bail, Ferman said.
Police also arrested a friend of the couple, Daniel Dougherty, 19, of the 300 block of Greenwood Avenue in Jenkintown. They said he helped dispose of Marc Rubin's body. Dougherty was charged with tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse, and was being held yesterday in lieu of $25,000 bail.
A deer hunter found the body of Marc Rubin, 46, on Dec. 8 in a wooded area off Tamminen Road in Hamilton Township, N.J. The body had been covered in trash bags, rolled up in a beige carpet and duct-taped, according to a criminal complaint.
With the help of the FBI, Atlantic County investigators used a fingerprint to identify the victim on Thursday.
Marc Rubin had worked at Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Philadelphia, but his employment was terminated on Nov. 24, 2008.
On Saturday, police went to Marc Rubin's home in the Colonade Apartments in the 100 block of Old York Road in Jenkintown, where he had lived with his daughter since 1997, police said.
Inside, they said they found a chainsaw, latex gloves that appeared to have blood on them, and what looked like blood on the living room walls and floor.
Christina Rubin, who graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from Pennsylvania State University last spring, allegedly admitted to the slaying when police questioned her Saturday. She said she paid Leinheiser $1,000 "for what he did," police said, and planned to give an additional $1,000 to Dougherty.
According to police, Christina Rubin said that Leinheiser heard Marc Rubin yell at her sometime around Nov. 17 and said, "That's not right. I wish I could kill him."
The couple began to talk seriously about the slaying, planning it for the day after Thanksgiving using Christina Rubin's .357 magnum revolver, police said.
Leinheiser came to the apartment at about 11 p.m. Nov. 28, and shot Marc Rubin in the back of the head while he slept, police said. The couple then fled and stayed in hotels for a week, having no plan to dispose of the body, police said.
They returned Dec. 5 after purchasing a chainsaw and planned to chop up the body and dispose of it in trash bags, police said.
But Leinheiser's dismemberment attempt failed when Marc Rubin's shorts got caught in the chainsaw, according to Christina Rubin's account to police. Leinheiser asked Dougherty to help get rid of the body, police said.
After wrapping it in trash bags and an area rug, the crew dragged the body down nine flights of steps, put it in Christina Rubin's car, and dumped it in Hamilton Township.
Before her arrest, Christina Rubin was enrolled in graduate courses at Chestnut Hill College, where she was studying clinical psychology, police said.
